Stringspace Bookings:
Step 1: Email your enquiry with date, time and venue address.
Step 2: Fill in the Stringspace booking form and email or fax back to Stringspace.
Step 3: Ensure that the final payment is made and song list is sent by 10 days prior to your event.
It is important to read all costs & bookings information carefully before making a booking.
The confirmation deposit is $330 ($300 + $30 GST) and will confirm your booking with Stringspace. The confirmation deposit is non-refundable.
Alternatively if you would prefer to pay upfront in 1 installment, please mention at time of booking.
Please allow 4-5 business days for your receipt.

Double String Quartet - a double string quartet is made up of 4 violins, 2 violas & 2 cellos.The price is double that of the above listed string quartet prices.
Extra Information:
1)Stringspace String Quartet musicians are expected to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of scheduled event.
2) Stringspace recommend making wedding ceremony bookings for 1.5 hours.
3) All specific music requests from our music lists must be finalised at least 10 days prior to your event.
4) It is possible for the musicians to be seated in 1 area for 1 part of a booking and another area for later in the same booking. We recommend having chairs set up in both locations for a quick change.
- Please note that full payment is expected (and appreciated) at least 10 days prior to the date of the event. Charges may apply for late and overdue payments.
Credit Card:
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
A 1.5% surcharge applies to all credit card transactions. Please do

Live Performance Requirements:
All Events:
1) 4 chairs without arm rests.2) Adequate reading lighting and performance space (2x3 metres).
Outdoor Events: Shelter from direct sunlight or rain. This may mean finding a location that has shade, eg shade from trees, a verandah close to the ceremony or a gazebo. Or having a large secure umbrella is a popular solution. If raining, an alternate location is required.
Events Longer than 1.5 hours:
The musicians will require one 10 - 15 minute break per hour. Breaks can be organised to coincide with speeches. The first break occurs after the 1st hour.
Please provide refreshments for events longer than 1.5 hours and lunch/dinner for events longer than 4 hours.

Venues which
exceed half an hour travel time from Brisbane CBD may incur extra
costs.

Minimum booking is 1.5 hours for out-of-Brisbane destinations.
Cancellation Policy: The Stringspace deposit is non-refundable. Notice of any cancellation is required no later than 7 days prior to the start time of your event.
On the day cancellations are non-refundable.
The liability of Stringspace for any damages arising out of any booking, and/or any performance, is limited to the total amount of any fee which would otherwise be payable for such a booking or performance.
Stringspace is covered for Public Liability by Marsh Australia for up to $10,000,000.
