String Quartet Costs & Bookings Deposit

Stringspace Bookings: Step 1: Send your enquiry with date, time and venue address. Step 2: Payment of $330 then confirms your booking with Stringspace.Email or fax Stringspace your booking form. Step 3: Ensure final payment is made by 10 days prior to your event. It is important to read all costs & bookings information carefully before making a booking.
The confirmation deposit is $330 ($300 + $30 GST) and will confirm your booking with Stringspace. The confirmation deposit is non-refundable. Please allow 4-5 business days for your receipt. 2. Adelaide Performance Fees (incl. GST): String
Quartet Performance Fees total costs: 1.25 hour bookings: 2 hour Bookings: 2.5 hour Bookings: Extra Information: - Stringspace String Quartet musicians are expected to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of scheduled event. - Stringspace recommend making wedding ceremony bookings for 1.5 hours. - All specific music requests from our music lists must be finalised at least 10 days prior to your event. - It is possible for the musicians to be seated in 1 area for 1 part of a booking and another area for later in the same booking. We recomend having chairs set up in both locations for a quick change.
- Please note that full payment is expected (and appreciated) at least 10 days prior to the date of the event. Charges may apply for late and overdue payments. Direct
Deposit: Account Details: (If paying by direct deposit nominate your name as payment reference in the comment field and notify Stringspace by email).
Cheque or Money Orders: Please make cheque or money orders payable to "Stringspace" and contact Stringspace for postal details. - 4 chairs without arm rests. - Adequate reading lighting and performance space. - Shelter from direct sunlight or rain (if an outdoor event). This may mean finding a shaded or alternate location appropriate for the event. Or having a large secure umbrella. - For events longer than 1.5 hours, the musicians will require one 10 - 15 minute break per hour. These can be organised to coincide with speeches. - Refreshments should be provided for events longer than 1.5 hours and a meal for events longer than 4 hours.
Out of Adelaide destination prices: Venues which exceed half an hour travel time from Adelaide CBD may incur extra costs (to be negotiated at time of booking). These travel costs are usually calculated at $25 per player per 1/2 hour + GST.
Cancellation Policy: The Stringspace deposit is non-refundable. Notice of any cancellation is required no later than 7 days prior to the start time of your event. On the day cancellations are non-refundable.
The liability of Stringspace for any damages arising out of any booking, and/or any performance, is limited to the total amount of any fee which would otherwise be payable for such a booking or performance. Stringspace is covered for Public Liability by Marsh Australia for up to $10,000,000. |
